Grief is often treated as something to endure or escape. But when we allow ourselves to move toward it, grief can become a portal to liberation and higher awareness. In this special soundbath, we will be opening a space where memory, love, regret, loss and compassion meet. Participants will be led on a journey to explore how grief connects us with the many versions of ourselves that existed within a relationship and the person we are becoming now.

Vocalist Monica Kovacs will sing songs by medieval mystic Hildegard Von Bingen while Karen Lisa plays gongs, soundbowls, chimes and other sacred instruments.
